Tetravista provides a 7-day free trial that allow prospective users to test product features, evaluate API pricing, perform setup, and complete integrations before committing to a paid subscription.
All payments made for paid subscriptions are strictly non-refundable. Once an account is upgraded to a paid plan, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
At our sole discretion, Tetravista may issue a refund if a written request is submitted within 48 hours of the original payment or renewal. Refunds are typically considered only in cases of:

If your WhatsApp number is restricted or banned due to violations of WhatsApp’s anti-spam or compliance policies, you shall not be entitled to any refund.
Using Tetravista’s services or the WhatsApp Cloud API for spam, unsolicited messaging, invalid business documentation, non-compliant website URLs, or any activity that breaches WhatsApp’s Terms of Service is entirely at your own risk. Tetravista assumes no responsibility for account restrictions, suspensions, or bans arising from such conduct.
